Covid-19 Protocol

It has certainly been a strange time of late and we are glad that our clients are still keen to have their portraits taken. The health and safety of our clients and staff have always been a priority so in light of recent events we have signed up to the Master Photographers Association Covid-19 Protocol and will be taking the following steps in our new normal for the foreseeable future.

Social Distancing

It's not that we don't love you but we will be keeping our distance. We are fortunate enough that our studio space makes it easy to stay 2m apart and every effort will be made to do this both in the studio and on location.

Appointment Only

All our sessions are by appointment only and we will be leaving extra time between sessions to prevent any client crossover and minimise risk.

Studio Cleaning

The extra time between sessions will also allow the studio to be deep cleaned before and after each session. All surfaces that could be touched and all props used are sanitised.

Hand washing

Appropriate sanitising hand gels will be made available and customers requested to use these upon arrival at the studio. Sadly our fluffy towels have been replaced with paper ones for now!

Feeling Sick?

If you or any of your group is feeling unwell or has a cough or Covid symptoms please before you arrive please get in touch so we can reschedule your session. We will also ask you on arrival how you are feeling and may take an infrared temperature if anyone in your party has a temperature above 37.8ºC we will ask you to reschedule.
