I’m Ian Boichat. For the past 17 years, I’ve been creating portraits that celebrate personality and connection, the people you love, the animals you share your life with, and what makes you uniquely you.
From families and children to dogs, cats and horses, I bring patience, creativity and a relaxed approach to every session. No two photo shoots are the same, each is a bespoke experience, creating portraits that feel authentically yours.
My work has received international recognition, including International Pet Photographer of the Year in 2022 and BIPP International Print Master Winner for Pets & Domestic Animals in 2025. But the greatest pleasure is creating photographs my clients love living with, beautifully presented as wall art or in an album.
